Cons
This company is led by two dishonest owners who have no idea what they are doing. They run the company like dictators and there is no culture whatsoever. Their recent financial troubles, suspended licenses throughout the country, and loss of all key talent is a direct result of their lack of experience and capability. They sell customers solar systems that are inadequate and cannot get installations done within a year. They have lawsuits pending in every state that they operate in. The list goes on and on. Do NOT entrust your career to this company. As someone who knows the inside from within the financial and HR departments - heed my warning. PS the positive reviews on glassdoor are from new sales reps who are asked when hired to post a positive review and its before they know what they have even gotten themseleves into. BEWARE.
