Previous agreements vanish into thin air, then you’re gaslit about what was “really” said. When the inevitable mess happens from these constant changes, blame gets weaponized downward in a blatant scapegoating tactic—especially around layoffs, where it feels like management sacrifices people to protect their own positions. This isn’t incompetence; it’s a calculated fear factory that destroys trust, burns people out, and chases away anyone capable. Pure survival mode over actual leadership. I’d give negative stars if possible.
