The company leadership is the very worst. They hire good people with a line of b/s and then continue to put more and more work on them. People wait years for a raise, There is excessive favoritism and absolutely no respect for the people who do not fall under the "favored" title. They are liars, they are users and they will take everything they can from you and when you no longer suit their agenda they will find a trumped up excuse to cut you loose.
