The only pro I can think of this place is learning the hard way on what place to not ever join

Had a terrible experience as there is nothing in the name of professionalism. Almost all the reviews posted on here are fake by the coerced by the ceo himself. You can google and see how the ceo ran the last company cebatech to ground and reviews there. The ceo is a manipulative shady person who likes to pit one employee against another and has backstabbed many of his previous employees. There is almost no professional culture or processes at the company. You can notice some of the salesman type approach from the ceo rj himself pretty soon. If you somehow end up joining you'd see the charade melt away within a few months or even weeks. Save yourself a hard knock and stay away. I can guarantee you'd come out with net negative if you end up engaging with this hole of a place.
