My tenure at the company was marked by significant challenges stemming from the leadership approach and overall work culture. Unrealistic and unreasonable targets were frequently imposed, creating undue stress and making it difficult for employees to achieve sustainable success. Attempts to provide constructive feedback or differing perspectives were often met with hostility, fostering an environment where open communication and collaboration were actively discouraged. A more alarming issue was the use of intimidation tactics by certain leaders to silence dissent. Instances of fabricated allegations, including false POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) claims, were used as a tool to threaten employees and maintain control. This misuse of serious policies not only created a toxic atmosphere but also undermined the integrity of important workplace protections. Despite multiple grievances raised, senior management, including HR and top executives, appeared complicit, either failing to act or actively supporting such actions. Employees who attempted to escalate issues faced further intimidation or were pressured to resign, leading to high turnover and a lack of trust in the organization’s leadership.
