Not the best place to work - Engineer III Avid Solutions Employee Review

Remote work Some travel required but usually planned in advance. Relaxed work atmosphere with a very knowledgeable team. Work life balance is an actual priority, not just something they talk about.

I did not apply sooner.

The culture and small company feel of Avid is great, and I really enjoyed the teams I was a part of. Very customer centric.

Organization and structure were not the best, leading to last minute changes. I've since discovered that they have a history of hiring on too many workers when things are good and aren't afraid to lay off a large part of the work force when things slow down. High turnover currently.
