Often work overtime due to management over promising timelines. Not enough staff to handle projects. No QA team, frameworks make it tough to test things. Swearing is not uncommon. SME, do not expect a high pay or good increment every year. Salary sometimes comes in late, bonus comes in 3-4 months later… Do yourself a favour and work at a larger company with better bosses
