Being Account Manager I have seen many people crib about company who were unable to prove their potential. I would like to add this comment as a part of the company. "Any company will never think loosing productive employee" People whoever has posted their thoughts about this company might be not confident or Non-Productive.

AVIT gives you enough time to prove your ability. If someone has proved their ability, company rewarded them more than their expectations.

Few wrong hire in the company. Company always try to retain their employee for long term. only looser can talk wrong about this company, If they were unable to prove their abilities. Many Ex-Employee of AVIT still would love to work with this company again.
