Pros
The Bagels and the food cook offs are great but if you didn't go to Cornell or Harvard you are treated like a second class citizen.
Cons
The CFO/President is a bully and half your job is focused on how to talk to him, so not to set him off. He is constantly yelling and talking down to people as the CEO comes in at 10am--makes a latte and goes to lunch for hours! What a joke! No growth potential for NON ivy league graduates and women..its all about men who went to the Ivy's They let go of FOUR female executives in under a year because they would not bow down to the CFO.
