There is nothing good about this company.

The organization lacks a clear and consistent workflow, which makes day-to-day operations quite challenging. Processes are not well-defined, and there is frequent confusion around system management. Decisions tend to change often without clear communication, creating uncertainty for employees. Job security is also a concern, as layoffs can happen unexpectedly. Overall, it’s not a workplace I would recommend to someone looking for stability, structured processes, and clear direction.
