      - Remote first working - Good working relationship with direct team & manager - Growing/ scaling company with large client(s) - Owned by large UK household name

      Cons

      - Suprising amount of tech debt despite the age of the company - Overly invested in micro services - Past architecture choices make some areas very difficult to work in - Capability of the product not always understood by POs - New features not always thought through how they will deliver value to end users - Poor IT ops organisation for general IT, sorting out laptops etc... - Laptop lower spec than expected

      Avayler is a very inclusive team.

      Cons

      Still in Start-up Mode, however we are going more towards infancy now which is great.
