Pros

Avaya is desperately trying to stay relevant, and they struggle to know how to actually accomplish that. They remain strong in the Contact Center space, but are losing relevant with UC.

Cons

They've gotten smaller and smaller as a company the last 4 years. There is more work per person, and the good people are moving on because they are tried of being over-worked.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
