Pros

Work from home Flexible work schedule Left to run your own business for the most part

Cons

Poor onboarding Dis shoveled corporate directory and hierarchy structure. A culture of escalation to get anything fixed for internal and external customers To many chiefs and not enough Indians. Middle Management is reluctant to voice their direct reports concerns/recommendations to executives. Most executives within company are transplants from other manufactures that do not understand the business. Poor training for employees in the field. Benefits are being reduced year after year.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
