Pros

There is a plus side. The benefits are not bad. There's some flexibility in work hours and working from home. There are very smart people here. And management has been bringing in outsiders from functioning companies to explain to the natives about more modern ways of doing things.

Cons

It's the place that historians come to find out what cube life was like in the 1980s . A living corporate fossil. Working here, you begin to understand what inspired Scott Adams. Completely clueless managers with sub-0 cultural and technical IQs. A mind-numbing bureaucracy that long-term employees seem to inexplicably revere. Shaky IT infrastructure worthy of an under developed country. You half expect the lights to start dimming. Many of the non-technical managers have a shocking lack of understanding of what's been going on in that other industry-- you know c o m p u t e r s. Your co-worker are a beaten down, cynical lot that will rat you out in the blink of an eye.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
