Pros

The technology is outstanding. Most of the direct supervisors/managers are outstanding. Everyone works very hard.

Cons

Salary increases/bonuses (major compensation)/perks stop at the VP level. Upper management spends a lot of time telling employees thank you and how appreciative of how hard everyone is working but that doesn't pay the bills. Everyone thought it would improve after emerging from bankruptcy but nothing has changed.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
