Pros

Has the largest Customer base in Enterprise and mid market UC IP PBX, and contact center solutions with an excellent video solution. Trying to growth SDN customer base with good solid products.

Cons

Lack of clear channel growth strategy and extremely slow Cloud evolution has allowed competitors to attack installed based. Networking products have not taken hold in market dominated by larger and smaller Networking rivals. Lack of innovation has caused little differentiation and allowed competition to raise doubts of survival.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
