I've been working at Avatar for 4 months and it has been an awesome experience. It is small company where interns can learn a lot as you are not just bringing coffee, you are actually involve with their clients. It is a great experience for anyone interested in the film business and willing to learn a lot.

There is no cons at all. It is a very positive experience.

If you really want to learn how to get things done and how to music business works, go work here. Joining Avatar for me was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. Because it opened my eyes, it made me see what I want to achieve in this world. CEO Larry Robinson is a super interesting and inspiring person, everything you want to know about the music industry, he can tell and explain it to you. It's not a internship where you can laid back and enjoy the sun in Los Angeles, you have to work hard all the time. But in the end, you will have an experience that some other students can only dream of.

If people think they didn't learn enough at Avatar Records, they can full blame themselves. Yes, if you don't put enough work and effort in the company then they won't put that much effort and work into you. But if you work hard and show you are ready to learn things, then the people at Avatar Records can teach you everything you want to know.
