Cons
Since the acquisition by QinetiQ US, 100% of the former Avantus executives have all either been forced out or departed on their own. The current leadership lacks experience in the sector, customer engagement, and contract management. After being told in Fall 2022 after the acquistion that the company wanted to be a leader, be a "family", and focus on employees - one year after the acquisition, 401k and healthcare benefits are being changed for the worse.
