I loved the company culture shared between the employees. It was clear that the lower levels of the company loved each other. However,

It was clear that upper management held the lower level operators in contempt. No sympathy for operators who had emergencies to call out for. Possible discrimination practices towards LGBT operators, especially Transgender and Nonbinary operators. I will not say for definite that this discrimination occurs, but I noticed in my time that most of the operators that had conflict with management happened to be in that community.
