Pros
AvantGuard is a fantastic company with great people. I have loved my job at AvantGuard and have stuck around because the work is fulfilling and the team is amazing. I have been at AvantGuard for 6+ years and do not plan to leave anytime soon. I have had many roles and opportunities that have helped me to grow my career and skill set.
Cons
There is massive growth which is great, but there are some pain points with transitioning to a larger company.
