AvantGuard is a growing company but strives to keep a tight community. This is a company where you can grow deep lasting relationships with those you work with. Having a close community of work friends makes it enjoyable to come to work.
Cons
The growth creates a considerable amount of change. If you love change you will enjoy working here. It can be a little chaotic during change, at least they are innovative.
