Cons
This company clearly does not care about its employees. Employees are severely underpaid and not given health benefits. Rather than properly compensating their workers and investing in their company, they would rather spend money on lavish summer homes, luxury vacations, and expensive elementary school tuition. This ends up limiting their workforce to mainly well-off college students and grads under the age of 25 instead of creating a more diversified and structured company. Deanne and Teresa are terrible bosses as they will scold and micromanage you to death over the most tedious things and waste so much time. They could care less that you have a health emergency and will still expect you to come to work on your deathbed (not even an exaggeration). Since being established in 2012, the company has had no foundational team and a high employee turnover rate, making it evident that this company will not grow unless management changes.
