      Pros

      There is an excellent work environment People help each other If you don`t like something in your project, they help you changing your project They give you constants feedbacks They won`t fire, they will try to help you

      Cons

      The personnel department is not close to the employers The personnel department is very small for such big company, it`s hard to talk to them before you start The salaries are not compatible with the market Sometimes you will see some people be privileged The opportunities for growth depends so much on overtime

      Company really cares for their employees, development, and culture Recognition for good work

      Cons

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      Pros

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
