      -My Nurse and CNA co - workers were awesome to work with. -I loved the satisfaction of making a difference in the lives of the residents. - Good benefits

      Cons

      -Management was/ is really lacking in leadership and compassion. -WAY too much work per CNA. We were always understaffed and expected to pick up the slack.
