Worst place to work - Anonymous employee Avado Employee Review

Few years ago, this place used to be great. Since there has been finicial circumstances. everything has gone to pot. Parent company BC transffered Lee Arthur to manage the business. Getting rid of some valuble people and hiring RATS! instead or promoting them. Nearly everyone i talk to are unhappy with the major changes. Also fear for their jobs. keep getting told theres no more redundancies. And guess what...More redundancies. Seriously... do not work here. This place is disgusting!!
