Pros

- Monthly team parties - Good talent from IITs, IIMs

Cons

- Work–life balance is nonexistent: The culture is closer to “work till burnout.” It’s common for days to start around 8 a.m. and stretch until 2 a.m. the next day. The overly positive GPT generated reviews posted here do not reflect the actual day-to-day experience. - Poor cross-team coordination: Teams work in silos, and leadership often gives conflicting instructions. Managers rarely align with each other due to “busy schedules,” which leads to confusion, rework, and wasted effort for teams on the ground. - Unnecessarily rigid and inconsistent HR policies: For example, Earned Leave and Casual Leave cannot be applied consecutively - rules stricter than those followed by many large MNCs. For a startup, this lack of flexibility is both surprising and disappointing. Additionally, full bonus eligibility requires being staffed at least 80% of the time, raising a fundamental concern: staffing decisions are largely driven by business demand and leadership planning, so holding employees accountable for utilization levels that are often outside their control is unfair and poorly designed. Silent layoffs are happening: Employees are being fired without notice or explanation. However, if you resign, you’re expected to serve a two-month notice period. The double standard is obvious and unfair.

Pros

Team dinners are fun and offsites are planned quite well. Most employees are well-meaning and just trying to do their job well.

Cons

You will see a lot of hype posted by them online about AI and innovative products that they are building. But make no mistake, this is a services company, no different from TCS, Infosys etc. Quality of work is not great. Majority of people working here have no clue how to write good software, since they don't come with a core engineering background. They will overwork you and underpay you, the rules they enforce feel like a large MNC. Career growth also feels like a normal company, not a high growth startup.
