Pros

Being a part of the Autosoft team has been a really positive experience for me. I get to work alongside dependable teammates who genuinely enjoy helping our dealer clients, it makes the workday feel purposeful. We are focused on examining the current state and it's exciting to be going in the direction we are heading, as the team becomes more united in working together and helping the segment of auto dealers Autosoft was built to serve. The benefits here are very generous, and they’ve been a huge help for me and my family. On top of that, I feel like the work I do matters. My contributions are recognized, and I can see the difference they make both inside the company and with our dealers. If you’re thinking about joining the team, bring your creativity and drive. Autosoft is moving forward on a clear path, and it’s a great time to be part of it. Hard and smart work is rewarded. The work-from-home lifestyle isn't for everyone, but if you're like me and you've disciplined yourself to separate work and home, then this environment will be great! I also really appreciate the leadership. The CEO has a clear vision for where Autosoft is headed, especially in the low-volume dealer segment. He’s direct, authentic, and brings a ton of industry knowledge to the table. He’s not afraid to challenge people to be better, and I respect that. I’ve even seen him push for software changes that others said couldn’t be done. He knew how much they would help dealers, and sure enough, they’ve been very well received. That kind of drive and commitment is motivating. For me personally, I love the freedom I have in my role to share Autosoft’s story and celebrate what we’re building. There are a lot of us here who really love serving our dealers, and it’s exciting to help introduce Autosoft to new ones across the country.

Cons

The software itself might not have the flashiest look, but it’s rock solid and gives dealers exactly what they need to run every part of their business. And the best part? Our engineers just keep making better. There have been past employees who joined Autosoft with the wrong intent. They may have just wanted a paycheck and said the right buzzwords to have an offer extended. Those who are here for the right reasons make the work worthwhile. As I work alongside various teams, I can easily tell who is here to make a positive change and who is here to silently contribute, keeping their head down.

It’s exciting to see that the teamwork, focus on our dealers, and the culture of growth we’re fostering are resonating with you. That’s exactly what we hope to create at Autosoft. I’m happy you mentioned the benefits, the flexibility we offer, and the leadership approach we strive for. Hearing that our drive to improve and challenge ourselves is motivating for our team is incredibly encouraging. And you are right with saying the heart of what we do will always be serving the low-volume dealer segment that Autosoft was built to support. That focus is what makes our work meaningful and gives us direction as we continue to push forward, helping that segment of the market. Thank you for your advice! We will keep listening, pushing for growth, celebrating wins, and maintaining transparency around our roadmap. And yes, our engineers will keep making the software better every day. Flashy isn’t always what matters most; reliability and impact do. It’s team members like you who make Autosoft the kind of place where work is rewarding and exciting. Thank you for your energy, your creativity, and your commitment to serving our dealers. Anthony Belcher

Pros

I enjoyed working with many exceptional people.

Cons

New senior management took the company in the wrong direction, though I believe many of those new leadership have since left.
