      Flexible working, laptop and goody bag when you join.

      Cons

      Job was not as expected, very operational as opposed to project focused. I also found a lot of the staff very unprofessional and two faced.

      Pros

      Good benefits, really great people. A lovely culture. Lovely, modern office in a pleasent location. Management was very friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      Some changes were hard to make, as in some people stuck in their ways but it was starting to get better.
