Financially so corrupt, that they consistently shorted their suppliers, making executing any next job much more difficult. They were extremely slow (beyond legal requirements, several times,) with deposits of most employees 401k withholding, and only produced the company matching after serious confrontation. The former CEO lived in an imagined world of her own self-righteous making, fostering an environment of severe toxicity.
My interviewers subsequently deeply regretted how much they lied and deceived me on the way in the door.
