You can not plan a long stay (More than year or max 2 ) , it will squeeze your all time and health.Every Month release (which is normal in CI/CD ) , but amount of work in every release will be like , you will struggle to do in weekdays and every release you will be virtually forced to work in weekend and holidays . Average work hour is 12-14 hours or 70 hours in week , yes it is Work culture is stressed and fearful but only management claims it wonderful.you will live in fear of getting your name dragged in any build or bug issue as if you have stopped company revenue . With such a tight deadline and workload expected to have bug free . Its crazy I have met lot of good people around , but none of them did talk about staying long In. No open for feedback accepted which could be contradictory to management plan and timeline.
