* Nepotistic management ... four cofounders, two of them married!, all joined at the hip ... this needs to be cleaned up for the sake of employee sanity because the behaviors of at least two of the founders are terrible
* CFO throttles business to a crawl with broken and buracratic processes, slow approvals, and cheap behaviors. CFO also plays power games and treats employees poorly by yelling at them and making them feel small. He kicks down and kisses up. Finance does not appear to be well run or and doesn't have high morale.
* I struggled to get the equipment and software I needed to be productive, IT does not appear to be well run. It took me 4 weeks to get important meeting software set up and configured.
* All operations teams (HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) seem to be bottlenecks to growth... they work hard, but don't appear to be staffed to affective levels. Insufficient seating for everybody. This is the CFO's work.
* Marketing seems to be losing talent faster then they can recruit new marketers. CEO's spouse seems to be the real person in charge of that team, not the CMO. It is confusing who is calling the shots. Website is makes eyes sore and is a disaster.
* I can't hear my own thoughts when working in the HQ. It is loud! We are packed like a call center thanks to poor planning and really bad seating chart and really cheap facilities policies. I work from home to get my real work done.
* I am not so sure about the future value of equity after our big fund raising event of 2018 because the valuation was very high after that round. Current management team will not get us to 10x of the series A valuation if there isn't a big shift in management to realize the potential and compete against UIPath.
