It is a fun place to work with mostly good co-workers. It is a relaxed environment, with ability to take time off when needed.
Cons
Management does not reconize good talent and compensate accordingly. Performance reviews are far and few between. Get the pay you need at the start because once they get you in, there are no raises inless you ask.
