      Very good career growth opportunities. Get to learn global best practices. Very supportive for new ideas and innovation.

      Cons

      Job not equally distributed,very poor managing by dept head. Pressurising employees and overloading them. Few managers treat employees very badly.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
