Pros
Subsidised confectionary vending and free coffee but the coffee's plain awful. Wouldn't have paid for it even if it was drastically marked down, well I would if it was 2p a cup!!
Cons
Paranoid senior management with a hire and fire policy which keeps recruitment agents busy. Absolutely lack of continuity and stability in management. Staff too afraid to get to know each other as they don't know how long everyone is going to be there for. Atmosphere of rats leaving a sinking ship with staff being edged out because they are too capable and seen as a threat or not good at their job and hence making a meal of things. A real joke of a company. Competitors should be wringing their hands with glee whilst investors must be crying into their pillows a night.....
