- Fair pay for the amount of work that is needed. -Company staff is kind, and helpful, and provides all tools and resources for job to be done properly.
Cons
- Management is constantly short-staffed, making time off/sick days difficult to obtain especially on short notice. - Maintaining healthy relationships with company clients (Car Dealerships) can be unnecessarily difficult/demanding - Most dealerships have unrealistic expectations, especially post-COVID/2020 - Days can be long, depending on the employee's route (and time wasting, if client locations cannot provide appropriate work amount) - Health coverage is too expensive
