Pros
Genuinely interesting product supported by a passionate and talented international team, excellent compensation for New Hampshire. Lots of potential for travel. The System Design Team is excellent and you should exclusively apply to positions there if they arise.
Cons
The US Service and Support Team is currently managed by one of the most toxic, irrational and paranoid individuals that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in my professional career. If they form a negative impression of you in any way, you will never be able to undo it, you will go from being told that you are doing well to being told that you are an outright failure very suddenly, and the feedback you receive won't be much better than "suck less". Nothing is written, everything is done verbally, and I have personally seen more professionalism in a retail setting than at this company. You will be told frequently that you are replaceable, which doesn't do much for employee retention. If you are expecting a European style company culture, you will be badly disappointed. If you make the error of accepting a Technical Account Manager or Technical Support Engineer position at this company, you will do almost zero actual engineering and will spend 90% of your time in Salesforce. Your professional development will effectively stall, even if you don't run into office politics. They are seeking Mechanical Engineers primarily, but this is a niche product and you will have almost no hand in R&D as the Norwegian home office has almost exclusive control.
