Job security and flexibility with scheduling. Very accommodating in position placement and location availability, advancement opportunities or if you need to take a step back, loyal management makes for loyal employees. We are like one big family, we have very caring and understanding management.
Cons
The only con is all there is to learn about auto glass, parts and features. types of cars and requirements-and that does not apply to the company. NO cons come to mind...
