The director personally talks to me and gives me advice on how the company can help me with career growth and career development. The company was able to provide what I was looking for. Whenever I encounter challenges, I feel comfortable communicating with my supervisors as they listen to my concerns and understand where I am coming from. They are flexible and they do their best to provide the support that I need. On top of that, the compensation and benefits are really good! This has helped me provide for my family, support myself, and go back to school and pursue a graduate degree. The director saw the potential in me and trusted me that I will continue to strive and give my best. All the hard work pays off! The guidance and support from my coworkers are immeasurable! Everyone is always there to help, and they go above and beyond. Words cannot express how grateful and lucky I am to be a part of this company.

The only regret is not finding this company right away! We are also in need of more therapists as the company keeps growing/getting more clients.
