Pros

Great clients and lovely group of therapists and frontline staff.

Cons

Too much kpi pressure, senior team are separated and not involved with therapists, feels very unsupported which impacts on everyone's wellbeing. Very clique-y and staff get excluded from social plans, if you have a child, forget about non-autismsa social events. Management contribute to team burnout Expectation for staff to transition to COVID changes seamlessly as not to disrupt cash flow, but no care taken to ensure team well-being. Doesn't feel like a strong team environment. Overtime results in interrogation, even if it's for mandatory notifications. Pressure to maintain KPIs and manage scheduling since management always unavailable to discuss. Changes made without discussing with therapists and several new clients booked in within the same week.

Pros

The salaries are reasonable and above average. I earned $45/hr plus super and was able to work from home. This was hybrid and very flexible.

Cons

Just the typical challenge of working in the city, which has nothing to do with the company.

Pros

Wonderful and diverse range of clients A few gems in upper management Opportunities to move up the ladder

Cons

Company is not what it used to be - Used to be very client-focused, but now is more focused on finances and keeping afloat. Poor communication between coordinators and lower staff - don't ask for urgent information, because you won't get it. Constant messages and phonecalls out of working hours. High turnover rates - your boss can change from week to week, and they won't tell you who your new boss is! You'll find out second hand, or after an incident.
