Pros

Hands on experience with autism children

Cons

Company uses bond (18 months) of $5000 to $7000 to keep their staff from leaving the company (2 months notice period). Turnover rates are high because of the management (bad planning of schedule, no SMM, children have to share rooms with each other) , benefits (7 days AL, questioned MC) , and how therapist has back to back sessions without breaks. Every 1st week of the Saturdays, therapist have to stay back for at least 2 hours (no paid) for 'meetings' that are unnecessary. During meetings therapists are not separated into small groups. Employer (D), always give negative remarks (Sexism, inappropriate comments on physical looks, racism), demoralise staff moral and giving erroneous feedbacks to parents about child's progress. Although D is the head of the company, he do not understand the main processes and children's progress. If rating is not needed, I would not even give a star to this company. Please consider carefully before making an attempt to join.

Pros

One of the standout benefits of working here is the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptionally professional team. Each member brings years of hands-on experience in ABA, which greatly enhances our collective expertise. The ongoing training provided ensures that we stay updated on best practices and continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Notably, we have many successful cases with remarkable progress, showcasing the effective strategies we implement. This environment fosters both professional growth and a strong commitment to client care.

Cons

There are only a few centers in Asia outside of Hong Kong, and each location operates with different management teams and practices. While the Hong Kong center is undoubtedly the best, the Glassdoor rating system does not adequately differentiate between the various centers. As a result, the exceptional performance of the Hong Kong center should receive five stars, but it's hard to reflect that distinction in the overall ratings.

Pros

Working at Autism Recovery Network has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The company provides greaf training for all staff, whether you’re new to the field or have prior experience. The onboarding process is thorough and really equips you with the skills and confidence needed to work effectively with the children. The highlight of my time however is the supportive environment, as the management team are always willing to guide you and share their knowledge. There’s a genuine team spirit and a strong focus on professional growth. I felt that my work truly made a difference in the lives of the children and their families, which made every challenge worthwhile. If you’re looking for a workplace where you can learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully, I highly recommend ARN Singapore.

Cons

The one big issue I encountered during my time here was the traveling time as it could sometimes be a bit excessive due to the location of the client. There was also high standards, which although can be seen as a good thing, does make the working environment somewhat stressful at times.
