We care deeply about our employees, and we always want to hear feedback to help us improve our employee experience and our company as whole. One example of this is our annual employee satisfaction survey. In seeking this direct feedback from our employees, we proactively strive to continue the conversation around what people want and need to feel supported and seen in their jobs.
Work/life balance is a big priority for us, and we work hard to ensure our staff is well cared for. This covers everything from flexible scheduling and EAP benefits to training and support for our employees. And while we understand that work/life balance is important to our employees, that doesn’t mean it’s the same thing for each person.
