Pros
Ostensibly a cool company in a hot industry (3D printing) with a big vision, but this is all image. The reality is quite different.
Cons
The pay, benefits and compensation are quite low compared to industry averages. The expectations are unclear. There is no accountability or organizational structure. The environment makes success impossible. Management is immature and manipulative. They are just trying to build enough of a shell that they can sell as quickly as possible and get out. No real care for employees or customers. You are just a means to an end.
