Laidback work environment, snacks in the office, free magazines

unpaid internship and sometimes I had nothing to do in the office

flexible schedule, issue release parties, happy workers. The staff is primarily young, educated, and creative. Everyone is on board to produce a beautiful product and helps on another out. AM is a valued part of the local culture

Interns do not get much hands on experience yet get to work with fun people. The office is not in the creative central areas of Austin, which makes work less fun. Some upper mgmt can hover a bit.
