      Absolutely nothing nice to say about this company. Run a mile.

      Cons

      This is my second time working for Gazman and both times I was bullied. I figured the first time may have been a one off and I just happened to strike a bad manager, but upon returning I experienced even worse bullying. The problem seems to be systemic. Save your mental health and look elsewhere for a job where the company respects you and looks out for your best interests.

      Okay pay rate and on time pay, clothing allowance.

      Cons

      Only care about sales and overlook management. I reported a coworker for inappropriate behaviours but they were a “top seller”, so it was ignored.

      Clothing allowance. Clothing discounts. Fresh Fruit. Nice enough coffee machine. Small company.

      Cons

      No work/life balance unless you are a mother. Long hours. Management pressure. Selected clothing items with discount. No career growth opportunity.
