      Pros

      Insurance is ok. 401k is ok if you stay long enough.

      Cons

      Where do I start. The department I worked in was so micro-managed. Management plays favorites. Company standards are non-existent since the Bender Boys have come in and taken over. The president has no clue about day to day activities. If you like to kiss but, this is the place for you. If you're a morally decent person, STAY AWAY.

      There was some, but that went away

      Cons

      Watch over your shoulder, track every minute as a salary employee, and they build really crappy boats. You'll have to work with ancient software.
