Pros
The management does end to end trials so we get to learn all aspects of clinical research. The training given is also extensive. Even as a fresher with no knowledge of CR, I was able to learn and work as CTA because of the training given
Cons
The management is more particular about attitude in the company than job performance. For performance they teach and train if needed. So many disgruntled interns who hardly stay for weeks leave bad reviews. Very ungrateful of such people. It's a great place to learn and work if you are interested in Clinical Research especially as a fresher
