Pros
- Auror is very mission-driven; its easy to see and feel the impact of the product and the impact it has on communities
- If you're someone who enjoys building, it's a great place to shape, grow and influence. Not just a "stay in your lane" kind of role
- As a parent, Auror gives me the flexibility to balance my work and my family. Company leadership sets a great example of this too — it's empowering for me to know I can step away when I need to when I see our leaders doing the same thing
- There's a really thoughtful career progression framework in place, and transparent salary bands to back it up. I feel like I have a clear expectation of what I need to do in my role, and what I'd need to do to get promoted to the next level
Cons
We're a quickly growing startup, so there's no shortage of work. It can feel really busy at times — especially because there's sometimes a lag between workload increasing and getting a new hire started/ramped up
