Augusta has many perks as well as being a great company. They care for their employees and the local community. I am proud and feel so lucky to work there.

Could use a pay increase, but it is comparable to other local hospitals.

The Health plans are okay

They change things last second. No gratitude for hard work but quick to write you up for the smallest things.
