      Pros

      Great reputation in the community. Great pay structure. Interest rates are very competitive. Supportive team that can answer tough questions.

      Cons

      Might not be the best company for newcomers as there’s minimal sales training.

      Pros

      Company is great and has a lot of knowledgeable people. The President Mike Meena cares about his company, the clients, and the people that work here. Management and Operations are there to help you close more deals and they do a great job of that!

      Cons

      Business is up and down and they do not advertise much. Not sure that would stabilize my business, but it could help.
