Pros
Provides a great learning environment for those looking to contribute! If you come in with a persistence to work on new projects or implement new ideas, you can get amazing opportunities to have hands-on responsibility. Henry is also very kind and genuinely wants the best for the interns.
Cons
There isn't a lot of structure, as in you can contribute or not contribute - but again - as long as you are actively looking to participate or come up with ideas, there is always something for you to do.
